Our Research & Insight team delves into the psychology of attitudes, beliefs and behaviours to uncover science-backed insights that inspire creativity and ignites behaviour change.

For us this doesn't just happen in our Discovery and Strategy phases – although they are important – but as a constant, self-funded Insight programme, that enables us to lead the conversation on how to communicate about health so people listen.

The Wellness Language Project

In Autumn 2025 we launch flagship research report, the Wellness Language Project, featuring specially-commissioned research into how language in comms and marketing can effectively motivate uptake of positive health behaviours.

We'll decode how different groups respond to different styles of messaging in health. What builds trust, what drives emotional engagement, and what helps shift health behaviours?

The Wellness Language Project forms part of a longer-term programme of research and study into effective health communications, in collaboration with academics, researchers and health commissioners. We're open to other collaborators if this is an area of interest or study for you, or if you'd like to apply our frameworks to a live brief.
