Last week wrapped up a project we ran with Level 6 Graphic Design students at Leeds Beckett University.

We briefed them to brand a product that increased awareness of gut health in younger audiences, then invited the participating students into our North Leeds studio to present (in a proper client presentation!) to the design dream team of Erik Winterburn, Joss Ward and Chris Jackson.

We were amazed by the variety in how the students tackled the brief, everything from producing intricate patterns that explain your microbial makeup to playful typographic outcomes.

For us, it’s really important to support the next generation of design talent in Leeds. Especially getting them working on projects which get them to think about not only their own health and wellbeing, but many other people’s as well. We really look forward to seeing where the students go in the future. Well done everyone!
