The Real Living Wage Foundation sets a benchmark for fair pay, ensuring that employees earn a wage that meets the true cost of living, not just the government minimum. By joining this movement, we are aligning our pay structure with our core beliefs of fairness, equity, and sustainability.

Achieving this certification involved a thorough review of all our direct salaries and contracted staff payments. Where necessary, we'vemade adjustments to ensure everyone on our team earns at least the Real Living Wage. Ifthere was a case where immediate adjustment wasn’t possible, we madea clear plan in place to transition within the next 12 months, meeting the Foundation’s requirements.

As a B Corp, our mission has always been to balance purpose and profit, ensuring that our business practices benefitall stakeholders, including our employees, supply chain, clients, community, and the environment. This new certification strengthens our position and highlights our commitment to being a force for good in the business world.
