Meet our Three New Hires, Along with Growth of Strategy Team

After significantly bolstering our client base following a recent rebrand, we have now expanded across the board to support growth across campaigns and brand consultancy work in the health and wellbeing sector.

Since rebranding last year and changing our name from Thompson Brand Partners, we have continued to commit to business growth by strengthening our Client Services, Design and Strategy teams. Over the past year, we have won a series of impressive new clients, including a major national cancer charity, and have significantly increased our client base through focusing on strategic consultancy work.

As part of our commitment to growing the business, we have recently welcomed three new hires across the business:

  • Joining Client Services is Account Manager Alex Keaney, who brings relevant project expertise from employer branding agency Chatter to some of ThreeTenSeven’s high-profile accounts.
  • Recently hired in the Creative team is Erik Winterburn, a talented designer with nine years of experience in the industry, including agencies in Glasgow, Sheffield, Leeds and Bristol, and significant freelance experience.
  • Account Executive Haris Khan is the latest addition, a recent Leeds Beckett graduate, hired with assistance from Leeds Beckett’s careers service and the West Yorkshire Combined Authority’s Business and Skills team. Haris provides support to the Client Services team and wider business, to ensure the smooth running of projects and the team, plus marketing support to boost the agency’s profile.

We are also supporting growth further with moves in the Strategy team: Account Manager, Em Blalock, has recently moved into the role of Strategist, reflecting her academic background and continued professional development in health coaching and behavioural science. This provides significant value to clients working with ThreeTenSeven to encourage and promote healthy behaviour change. Meanwhile, Nick Hynes takes up the mantle of Strategist, building on his 30+ years industry experience as a brand voice specialist. In this new role Nick will bolster the agency’s strategic firepower particularly in brand strategy and positioning.

Investing in team growth enables us to service our clients better than ever. Not only does it enable us to provide clients with reassurance of work capacity, but it also grows our capabilities, provides growth opportunities for the internal team and gives team members new perspectives on projects – a core value for ThreeTenSeven.

Managing Director Rachel Cook says, “We hire carefully and prioritise supporting talent from within, in line with our B Corp values around sustainable growth and developing our people. These recent people changes are driven by our continued dedication to driving healthy behaviours; over the last two years we have significantly expanded our services to include an enhanced campaign and communications offer, as well as the exceptional brand and digital services that we’re known for. These brilliant new people and our strengthened Strategy team will help us to really deliver for our clients, patients and consumers.”

Strategy Director, Paul McGuigan, says, “The move of Nick and Emma into full-time roles in the Strategy team reflects the enormous contribution each was already making to our strategic services for our clients. Integrating skills in behavioural science and creative problem solving into our team enhances our offer to clients, as we continue to tackle some of the most complex challenges in brand strategy, helping clients to navigate mergers, expansions, launches, repositioning and much more. From launching a global consortium brand tackling childhood cancer, to behaviour change campaigns to help eradicate sexual misconduct from UK healthcare workplaces, we're really getting a chance to make a difference. It’s invaluable having Nick and Emma on my team to help us do that.”

Account Manager, Alex Keaney, says: “I'm really happy and driven to work on meaningful projects that make a positive difference in peoples lives. I'm glad to have joined a great team that are all aligned in wanting to improve the world we live in while delivering the best results for our clients."
