About this role
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Designer to join our award-winning team. Someone who's currently a Senior Designer but looking for a new opportunity and space to grow in a supportive and inclusive environment. Naturally you need to be someone obsessed with brand strategy, design and creativity, and you also need the ability to develop stand-out work, with a fantastic portfolio of projects across a wide variety of clients. Craft is key here and you should be able to demonstrate impeccable attention to detail. Additionally, experience developing campaign creative would be ideal.
A core part of the role will be supporting other senior creatives by taking responsibility for key projects and helping mentoring the design team. It’s a fast-paced environment so you’ll need to be able to balance detail across multiple clients and varied briefs.
We don’t need a lone wolf for this role, you’ll be an important member of the team so you have to a natural team player and a great communicator. You’ll be at the heart of key client briefs and expected to input quality ideas at every step of the project.
On top of this, we’ll actively involve you in business development, including working on pitches and tenders, helping develop relationships with clients and providing inspiration to the wider team to help us to keep building a culture that has both creativity and wellness at its core.
Key responsibilities
- Help ThreeTenSeven to become a major brand agency in health by driving the quality of our work
- Mentor the design team along with other senior creatives
- Originate and produce, intelligent, ideas-led design work across brand identity, marketing campaigns and web
- Interested in and can show understanding of consumer and business behaviour
- Broad sector and multi-channel experience including web
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry software and relevant tech
- Building the profile of the agency by delivering marketing content, attending events, networking and speaking engagements
- Maintaining the quality and building the perception of the ThreeTenSeven brand both internally and externally
